Foundation leaking? Basement smells off? Halo Water Proofing sends a real technician to your Hixson property, gives you a straight answer, and fixes it right the first time.
Licensed & insured in TN · Written pricing
We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Every Hixson technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Hixson crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Hixson technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.

If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Hixson crews see.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
This is one sign we tell Hixson customers never to wait on — wall movement tends to progress, not resolve on its own.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Hixson property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.

Talk Drainage Options →Older Hixson homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Hixson commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations keep running.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
